  • “Fees” refers to all service charges paid by the customer for shipping and handling.

2. Service Agreement

  • By booking a shipment, the Client authorizes Navetrax Logistics to transport goods from origin to destination.

  • All shipments must comply with local, national, and international shipping laws and regulations.

3. Payment & Refund Model

  • Fees are paid upfront at the time of booking.

  • Navetrax Logistics operates a refund-after-delivery model, meaning all service fees are refunded to the Client once the package is successfully delivered.

  • Refunds do not cover third-party charges such as customs duties, taxes, or insurance purchased under any separate entity which is not Navetrax Logistics.

4. Liability

  • Navetrax Logistics is responsible for ensuring safe handling and delivery of shipments.

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Client.

    • Customs clearance procedures.

    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, accidents, political unrest).

    • Prohibited, restricted, or improperly packaged goods.

5. Returns & Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to Client error (wrong address, refusal by recipient, etc.), return costs are the responsibility of the Client.

  • Refunds do not apply to undelivered or returned shipments caused by Client error.

6. Claims Process

  • Any claims for loss, damage, or service failure must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery in the case of loss).

  • Supporting documentation must be provided (photos, tracking number, receipts, etc.).

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the USA.
