Returns & Refunds Policy
At Navetrax Logistics, we are committed to providing our clients with transparent, reliable, and customer-focused shipping solutions. Our Refunds Policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and peace of mind at every step of your shipping journey.
1. Refund of Transportation Fees
We operate on a unique client-first model:
All fees paid to Navetrax Logistics for facilitating the transportation of your package are refunded accordingly once the shipment successfully arrives at its destination.
Refunds are processed automatically after delivery confirmation, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
This refund applies to standard handling fees, insurance, freight, and service charges paid at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made easily and securely via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or other Mobile Payment Methods.
2. Additional Refund Eligibility
Beyond the guaranteed transportation fees refund, you will also be eligible for additional compensation if:
A shipment is lost while in our care.
Delivery is significantly delayed due to an error caused by Navetrax Logistics.
A package is delivered to the wrong recipient due to our handling mistake.
Refunds are Not Applicable when delays or issues result from:
Incorrect or incomplete shipment details provided by the client.
Customs clearance requirements outside our control.
Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Items prohibited, restricted, or improperly packaged by the client.
- Unpaid fees required for transportation of your package.
3. Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged:
Notify Navetrax Logistics within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide supporting evidence (photos, packaging details, and tracking number).
Each claim will be reviewed individually to determine eligibility for additional compensation.
4. Returns of Packages
If a package must be returned due to refusal by the recipient or incorrect address details, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
Navetrax Logistics does not cover costs for return labels unless pre-arranged with the client.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds of transportation fees (per our policy) will be issued within 4-7 business days after delivery confirmation.
Any additional refunds or compensations will be processed after investigation and approval.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at booking. Upon request, refunds may alternatively be issued as shipping credits for future services.
6. How to Request a Refund or Claim
To request assistance, please provide:
Tracking number of the shipment.
Proof of payment (receipts).
A description of the issue (with evidence or photos if applicable).
